DELUXE AIR PURIFIER

The EPA states that indoor air pollution levels are 2 to 5 times and occasionally 100 times higher than outdoor air levels. Healthy air starts with Townecraft Air! Enjoy clean and healthy air with Townecraft's advanced full spectrum 9-stage air purification system. Eliminate a wide variety of pollutants, especially those that cause allergy and asthma flare-ups.

9-Stage State of the Art Filtering

Purifies 800 sq. Ft. 2 times per hour.

Stage 1:

  • Pre-filtration of pet fluff, hair, and dander

Stage 2

  • Pre-filtration of large dust particles

Stage 3

  • Large particle / pollen prefiltration

Stage 4

  • Activated carbon. The first level of absorption of Gases / Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC)

Stage 5

  • Zeolite. The second level of absorption of Volatile Organic Compounds / Gases

Stage 6

  • HEPA Type filter designed to capture over 99% of particulate volatiles including pollen, dust, pet dander, fungus, bacteria and much more

Stage 7

  • Biocide filter. Does not allow bio-aerosols to enter the airflow again

Stage 8

  • The ionization aspect emits a gentle charge that cools the polluted air in a room. This feature is optional and can be turned off.

Stage 9

  • Deodorizer / Ozone: an additional stage that generates activated oxygen to attack offensive odors. This feature is optional and can be turned off

VOC adsorption: Adsorption is used to remove volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from low to medium concentration gas streams, when a strict outlet concentration must be achieved and / or it is desired to recover the VOC. VOC adsorption filters remove heavy odors and noxious gases.
Activated Carbon - A porous carbon material, a carbon that has been subjected to reaction with gases, sometimes with the addition of chemicals (for example, ZnCl2) before, during, or after carbonization to increase its adsorption properties. Activated carbons have a high adsorption capacity, preferably small molecules, and are used for the purification of liquids and gases. By controlling the carbonization and activation process, a variety of active carbons can be obtained that have different porosity.
Zeolite: Zeolite is used as a molecular sieve to create purified oxygen from air using its ability to trap impurities, in a process that involves the adsorption of nitrogen, leaving highly purified oxygen and up to 5% argon.
HEPA.: High efficiency particulate air (filter).
Biocide filter: The biocide filter emits an electrostatic field that causes even the smallest particles in the air to clump together, preventing them from passing to the other side of the filter and back into the air. Biocides are chemicals or microorganisms that can deter, render harmless, and kill living organisms. In general, exposure to biocides can occur through inhalation or dermal contact. Inhalation exposure occurs during spray application or when biocides evaporate from treated products and articles. Dermal exposure occurs when biocides or treated items are used, cleaned, transported, or stored.
Bioaerosols: Bioaerosols , or biological aerosols, are tiny particles in the air that are biological in nature. That means they either come from a living organism (like indoor pet dander or tree pollen) or they are living organisms (like bacteria and viruses).
Deodorant ozonizer: The deodorizing ozonator is a device directly in the air machine that creates activated oxygen and gives it a strong electrical charge, killing bacteria, pollutants and odors in the air by splitting the molecules of the pollutant atom. This process results in the cleanest and freshest smelling air possible.
Activated Oxygen - Activated oxygen is more commonly known as ozone or O3. Ozone contains three oxygen atoms instead of the two atoms that we normally breathe. The extra oxygen atom becomes a scavenger, destroying pollutants, bacteria, viruses, and odors. While this third atom is very powerful, it has a short life cycle of only minutes, leaving only pure oxygen behind.

COMPACT AIR PURIFIER

The Townecraft compact air system reduces or eliminates over 99% of microorganisms, such as germs, dust mites, pollens, toxic fumes and allergens. It also dramatically reduces the chances of airborne illness.

Refreshing Air Ionization: Air Cooling Ionizers are used in air purifiers to remove particles from the ambient air and provide a cooling effect. Particles in the air become charged when they attract charged ions from the ionizer by electrostatic attraction.

The extra oxygen atom becomes a scavenger, destroying pollutants, bacteria, viruses, and odors.
